MOOJE
Effective August 17, 2026 · Version 1.0
MOOJE is responsible for personal data processed through the MOOJE app and mooje.space. Send privacy questions and rights requests to thriller8912@gmail.com.
Google or Apple sign-in may provide your email address, display name, profile image, identity provider, and provider-issued account identifier. MOOJE does not directly collect or store your Google or Apple password.
We process project names and settings, instructions and conversations, code and files, attached documents and photos, change history, test results, work status, and approval records. This information is used to perform the development work you request and show you the result.
If you choose to connect them, we process account identifiers, connection status, repository or project information, API keys, and access tokens for GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI providers. Credentials are encrypted and used only for authorized work and for the time needed.
We may process app type and version, operating system, language, notification settings, Expo push token, request time and IP address, error and task logs, usage and cost records, and security audit records. MOOJE does not show ads or collect the Android Advertising ID for advertising or user tracking.
MOOJE asks for camera, photo library, or file access only when you choose to attach something. Only the item you take or select is uploaded. MOOJE does not collect your entire library or keep accessing it in the background.
When you report an AI response in the app, MOOJE processes the selected reason, optional details, an excerpt of the reported response, AI provider and model, submission time, and the related account and conversation identifiers. We use this information to review reports, respond to harmful content, and improve service safety.
We use information for sign-in and account management, projects and AI work, file storage and sync, notifications, connected services, usage and cost controls, support, abuse prevention, security investigations, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising profiles.
The AI service you select may receive the instructions, conversation, code, file excerpts, and tool results needed for a task. Available routes may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, and Moonshot. MOOJE does not silently send project content to an AI service you did not connect or select.
Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel hosts the website and API; Daytona provides remote development environments; and Expo sends push notifications. Google and Apple provide sign-in. GitHub, Supabase, and Vercel may also process work you specifically ask MOOJE to perform in an account you connect. Each company may act as a service provider or as a service you independently choose, under its own policy.
These providers and AI services may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. The destination, timing, and retention period depend on the provider and deployment region you select. MOOJE uses encrypted connections and contractual safeguards, and the connection screen identifies the provider that applies.
MOOJE protects data in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Stored credentials are encrypted. We also use user and project access controls, short-lived work permissions, approval for sensitive actions, secret masking, and audit records. No method is completely secure. If an incident is confirmed, MOOJE will respond and notify affected users as required by law.
Account and project content is kept while needed to provide the service. Deleting a project starts deletion of the MOOJE-managed development environment and related records. An account deletion request disables access and connections immediately and deletes the account and associated data after 30 days. Expired temporary permissions and work files are removed when their purpose ends. Minimum records needed for security incidents, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal duties may be kept separately for as long as that purpose requires.
In Settings, you can review or change account information, projects, connected services, and notification settings. You may request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion at thriller8912@gmail.com. MOOJE requests only the information needed to verify the request and responds within the time required by applicable law.
Request deletion at Settings > Data and account > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions at mooje.space/account-deletion to request deletion by email. You may cancel by signing in within 30 days. GitHub repositories and external cloud resources you own are not deleted automatically.
MOOJE is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. A higher digital-consent age or guardian-consent rule applies where local law requires it. If MOOJE learns that a minor's data was collected without required consent, it will verify and delete the data.
If the information we collect or the reasons for processing change materially, MOOJE will give notice in the app or on the website before the change takes effect and request consent again where required. Prior versions and effective dates are available on request.
