Terms of Use

Age requirements
You must be at least 13 to use MOOJE. If local law requires a higher minimum age or consent from a parent or legal guardian, that rule applies. Where MOOJE does not provide a way to verify required guardian consent, users who need that consent may not create an account.
The service
MOOJE uses AI and remote development environments to help with coding, testing, file management, database work, and deployment. It is currently a beta service, so features, supported devices, and availability may change or be interrupted.
Accounts
You may sign up with a Google or Apple account. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in method and connected services. You may not use another person's account or transfer your account.
Your content and rights
You keep your rights in instructions, code, files, repositories, and other material you provide. You give MOOJE permission to process that material only as needed to provide and secure the service and perform the work you request. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
AI output
AI-generated code and explanations may be wrong or unsafe. You must review and test the output and remain responsible for production deployments, data changes, app store submissions, and legal or security decisions. An approval screen helps you review an action; it does not guarantee that the result is correct.
Third-party services
Services such as GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Google, Apple, and AI providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Their outages, policy changes, account restrictions, and charges are governed by your relationship with those services.
Charges
Some MOOJE beta features may be free while connected AI or cloud accounts still charge you. Before a paid action runs, MOOJE identifies who pays and asks for any required approval. Pricing and payment terms will be provided separately before MOOJE launches paid features.
Prohibited use
You may not use MOOJE for illegal activity, malware, unauthorized access, service disruption, account theft, fraud, child sexual exploitation, harassment, infringement, or unauthorized mining. The Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
Suspension and termination
MOOJE may limit a task or connection or suspend an account for a policy violation, security risk, legal request, third-party outage, or excessive resource use. When practical, we explain the reason and available recovery steps. You may request account deletion at any time.
Warranty and liability
MOOJE is provided as a beta and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, MOOJE limits liability for indirect loss caused by unreviewed deployments or third-party services. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows applicable procedural law. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated terms.
